Jason and Stacy Komorny have donated a 25-passenger bus to the Walfdorf School in Saratoga Springs.
Parents of a seventh grader at the school, the Komornys donated the bus so that students can be more easily transported between its four campuses. It will shuttle students to gym classes, after-school programs and sites throughout the community for experiential learning.
Since the school opened in 1981, teachers and parents have had to arrange caravans or rent buses to transport students.
The Waldorf School, based at 62 York Ave., educates approximately 260 students from preschool to grade 12. More information is available at www.waldorfsaratoga.org.
