The Drama Club at Saratoga Springs High School will presents its fall production, “The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon,” at 7 p.m. Thursday, 7:30 p.m. Friday, and 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the Meade Auditorium.

The fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm are turned on their heads in this fast-paced, rollicking ride as two narrators and a troupe of actors attempt to combine all 209 stories – ranging from classics like “Snow White,” “Cinderella” and “Hansel and Gretel” to more obscure stories like “The Devil’s Grandmother.” These fractured fairy tales are presented as a wild, free-form comedy with a dash or two of audience participation, “Monty Python” and “Saturday Night Live.”

The comedy was written by Don Zolidis and the play is directed by Kirk Starczewski. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens.
