A teen driver public forum will be held at 7 p.m.  Tuesday in the Milton Community Center, 310 Northline Road, to remember lost loved ones and to provide support to the students, parents and other members of the Ballston Spa Community.

The Occupant Safety division of Cornell Cooperative Extension and the Governors Traffic Safety Council, along with other community groups, will offer a safe place to ask questions, talk with other victims, write in a journal, create poems, draw a picture, paint rocks or shells, plant seeds, and sign a no drinking and driving pledge.

Educational information on how to deal with grief, what to expect from teens dealing with grief, and how to move forward in the best constructive manner will also be provided.

Also in attendance at this forum, will be MADD, Hospice of Saratoga County, Assemblyman Jim Tedisco, State Police, Prevention Council, Victim families and more to come.

Fourteen-year-old Kari Liedel of Milton was killed July 8 when she was struck and killed while walking along West Milton Road.
