Ballston Spa school district’s health & wellness expo is 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 7th at Milton Terrace North Elementary School, 220 Wood Road. Free and open to all children, families, individuals in the Ballston Spa district. Info: 884-7195 x1369.
More than 40 exhibitors will be participating, including Albany Medical Center, Cornell Cooperative Extension, Healthy Living Market and Café, local physical and massage therapists, Reiki practitioners, chiropractors, dentists, personal trainers, yoga instructors, and numerous other health and wellness professionals.
